OPTIONAL ITEMS

OPTIONAL ITEMS

To meet the increasingly complex needs of modern foundries, our presses can be equipped with a series of advanced options that enhance their performance and simplify daily work. Slides, rotary tables and dedicated handling systems make loading, unloading and cleaning operations faster, safer and more precise, reducing cycle times and improving the overall productivity of the system.

Each optional item is designed to integrate seamlessly with our machines, ensuring reliability, a long lifespan and maximum ease of use.

Why choose our optional items:
INCREASED OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

Slides and rotary tables optimise loading, unloading and cleaning operations, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Each optional item integrates perfectly with the press, adapting to complex layouts and different types of processing.

Thanks to controlled and programmable movements, operations become simpler, reducing the risk of errors and improving the ergonomics of the work.

Electrical and electronic systems ensure consistent accuracy and repeatability over time with minimal maintenance required.

The optional items transform the press into an even more complete solution, enabling you to handle complex production cycles without requiring any additional equipment.

ELECTRIC SLIDE

The electric slide allows precise and controlled linear movement of components or moulds, improving the accessibility and flexibility of the machine during loading and unloading operations.

Thanks to its electrical actuation system, it delivers seamless, programmable and repeatable movements. This reduces downtime and eliminates the need for pneumatic or hydraulic systems.

SLIDE AND 0°-180° ROTATION

This option combines horizontal sliding with 180° rotation, offering double functionality, which is especially useful in complex processing cycles. It enables you to move and rotate parts or moulds with a single device, optimising space and simplifying handling, cleaning and changing parts.

0°-180° ROTARY TABLE (patented)

In this version, the lower mould table can rotate from 0° through 180° completely inside the Blanking press, without moving outwards from the machine.

After the blanking phase, the lower surface immediately rotates without any further movement, ensuring excellent cleaning of the mould, which is also aided by the blowing systems.

In addition to the benefits of cleaning the mould, this application offers the advantage of eliminating the need for a translation part and managing the rotation electrically, which greatly reduces cycle time.

COLUMN EXTRACTION

In the 4-column press, the removal of the column allows the temporary lifting (hydraulic movement) of a column to create more space for manoeuvring large moulds into place. Once the mould positioning procedures have been completed, the column is returned to the low position, allowing the blanking press to return to the 4-column configuration.
