The C frame trimming press, built among machines directive 2006/42/CE, is the wider version of vertical presses used for trimming, finishing and cleaning casted pieces. The advantage of this category, made in a load bearing “C” structure, is the absence of columns to facilitate loading and unloading operations, from robot and from the operator. It has a completely protected structure, and it’s possible to use this machine in an automatic cell or separately from the operator.
The trimming press can work in three ways:

• MANUALE: all machine movements can be settled manually by the correspondent buttons or manual selectors of the command push-button.
• SEMI-AUTOMATIC: start cycle is made by the operator.
• AUTOMATIC: start cycle is made from an external command (Robot).

The costruction process of the trimming press is fully automatic, according to the phases of the settled cycle.
